Refund policy

Need to return an item?

All items must be returned within 30 days of original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition that it was received.
If it has been longer than 30 days since your original delivery date, a refund or exchange is no longer possible.

Items cannot be returned if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • The item is a gift card
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless it was our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return complies with all of the above required criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds are processed by us in a timely manner but the time in which it will take the refund to appear in your bank account or on your credit card may vary depending on your financial institution. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us to ensure that the return has been processed and then contact your financial institution for further guidance.,  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. To purchase a different item, please file a return and then place a new order.

Damaged Items 

We can only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us with your order information for instructions on how to proceed.
