1.)All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. We do not accept returns on custom made we make it for you items.

2.)You have 10 days after receipt of product to request an exchange authorization for the same items or credit toward other items .

3.) Items purchased can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

4.) Buyer is responsible for shipping on returned and exchanged items.
